This ambitious Stonehenge replica was specially commissioned to celebrate the launch of the ŠKODA’s new Citigo model. The installation aimed to provide an urban meeting point to mark Summer Solstice.

The sculpture, which was unveiled in time for the evening of the Summer Solstice (20th June), has been specially positioned to sit on little known ley lines at Potter's Field Park on London's Southbank.

Each structure stands at an impressive 5 metres tall with a total of 18 scrap cars being used to create the 6 sculptures.

Citi-Henge took Sketch’s design team three months make with the whole structure weighing a huge 36 tonnes.

The beacon of economical motoring stayed at Potters Fields for two days before touring the UK, with a move to the Goodwood Festival of Speed and its celebration of car culture, in West Sussex from 28th June – 1st July

The stunt received some fantastic press including TV coverage on BBC London and ITN News as well as features on MSN and Sky News and in the Metro, the Evening Standard, the Daily Mail, the Sun and Event Magazine.
